SESSIONS:
3:15 PM-4:00 PM every second Thursday of the month.

The Wild Roots Parent & Me program provides parents and their children with an opportunity to experience the Reggio Emilia approach to early learning together. Each session is led by one of our experienced Reggio Emilia–trained teachers and focuses on open-ended, hands-on exploration through art and nature.

Program Focus:

• Art Exploration – Painting, clay work, mixed-media art and more while using a variety of natural and recycled materials to spark creativity and self-expression.
• Nature-Based Activities – Purposeful provocations inspired by nature that foster observation, inquiry, and discovery.
• Language, Math, and Science Integration – Curated opportunities for early literacy, numeracy, and scientific thinking woven naturally into each hands-on experience.

The Parent & Me program reflects the heart of the Wild Roots philosophy: viewing the child as capable, the parent as an active collaborator, and the environment as a partner in learning. Families leave each session inspired to continue exploring together at home.
